I agree golddirt, it will always be the Winston Cup and Busch Series to me as well. I always like when they reference past champions as "insert title sponsor name here" champions. Dale Sr. and the King will always be Winston Cup champions in my book.

I don't get into pissing matches about any driver. I pay my gate fee and want to see a good race. I don't give a rats a** who wins. In that I will tell you I like when the 32 comes thru the gate. The pierce's do not run a WoO or Lucas schedule and it has been said it is because of sponsorship. Personally I think there business duties have a great deal to do with it. I can't see how any nascrap team is going to put the kid behind the wheel without bringing something to the table. The hate for him is hilarious because most would give there left n*t to have his talent and opportunities. Many drivers have done quite well for themselves doing what he is doing. Keep sliding them kid, hope to see you in another 10 yrs.

Excellent post and so true. I don't care who wins myself and have no hatered for any driver. I just want to see a good race and see the drivers shake hands at the end of the night and say man that was fun.
