Yes. I was standing there right after they rolled Bloomquist's car off the stage and they took all 4 tires off right there and UMP took them away. They announced the other random driver's who they took tires, but I forgot who they were.

The world 100 they paid the lab to stay open so they could have results the next day. For the DREAM last year it was 9 days before they announced the 5 failed. You think they could have the results by Monday so it's a done deal.
