Metric Rear Trailing Arm Positions

Multiple mount holes for rear arms - what is the best orientation for a metric car for the lower arms? Should left and right side be in the same holes (up and down from rear end)? Left lower, Right lower?

Left lower arm uphill more than right for more foward bite on bottom of the track, but will give up a little stability on the high side.
