Last night was going to pay nothing, so chances are they saved money compared to running both nights. I hate 2 day shows like this. Batesville and Columbus.....come on man.

40 less laps on engine and equipment, one night less of pit passes (if they got refunded like they should). Unless you run top 5 you are losing money every race you enter anyhow.

Norm, the Mag is a very nice place. Great seating behind the flag stand. Places for lawn chairs if you want that. Even seating in the grass if you want to stretch out. All on the front straightaway. Good food, clean bathrooms, and GREAT racing. Plenty of pit parking and plenty of RV parking. Its 1 of the nicest tracks in the Mid-South.

And the 51 was on the bottom of the track not blocking anyone or in their way. If Erb can't look over the steering wheel to get around him, that's his own dam fault.

Every start was awful there from the heats, to the B mains, and the Feature.
I have never seen them be allowed to just fan out like that coming to the green. They cars should be side by side, fairly tight to one another. They probably should have pushed that cone up about a groove and half on the starts.

Yeah, even before Scott's ignition problem he didnt look good in the heat.
But.....last night was how championships are won and lost. Big opportunity for Mcreadie, but Bloomquist persevered, toughed it out for a 10th, and Mcreadie had back luck with broke suspension.
Scott had an bad night and still extended his lead by 35 points.

There's a reason Bloomquist has won 12 touring championships. He's great at salvaging rough nights. This will be a great battle to the end though. McCreadie and Richards have been running well.
