Looking for an sb2 bottom end. Doesnt have to be assembled, just prefer used.

Bottom ends are not specific to SB2's,What size you hunting?

Thought there had to be modifications to the top of the block for them to work correctly. 415-430 would be ideal.

No modifications are necessary to block to use SB2 heads on regular block.However you must have right camshaft & right rockers & stands to use SB2 heads on non SB2 block.And you must use SB2 head stud kit.

Must use SB2 pistons with SB2 heads.This whole subject needs to be in tech section not in classifieds.There are many questions that need to be answered by the original poster before parts can be bought.Like what block is he going to use? Is it a raised cam block? Is it a stock 400 block? Are they SB 2 or SB2.2 heads? Lots of questions before Crank & rods are bought.

Brand new in box scat lightweight crank 4.000 stroke
Brank new In box Callie's 6 inch rods
Brand new in box race tech pistons
Steps dry sump pan
Sb.2 heads with shaft rockers
2 piece intake
Valve covers with oilers
This is a 436 cubic inch $6000 for it all
