Gordy Gundaker at Clarksville

He flat took out Tanner English last night. They were all runnin the bottom and at times, Gordy looked a little faster than Tanner in 3 and 4, but could never get by. Well going into turn 3 with a handful of laps left, he flat punted English. Obviously Tanner showed his displeasure, and continued that displeasure in the pits afterwards. But cooler heads prevailed... I honestly don't think that was Gundaker's intention to spin him out. But it happened.

I know Gordy personally and that is never his intention. He even posted it on his facebook last night that it was not.

Both those young guys were impressive last night. Too bad a little over exuberance spoiled the evening for both but they have a lot of good nights to look forward to.

Gordy himself took the blame for the incident and apologized. He is a stand up guy and owned up to his mistake.
