I hate to say it because I like variety but if your not in an XR1 it seems like your wishing your were. They are just winning everywhere! Hope the others figure it out soon.

Longhorn begs to differ as well

I think it's a week to week thing. Next week it'll be the "field" then the following week it'll be Rockets. But it's not hard to when Rocket, car count wise out weighs the field by at least 3-1. And it also depends on the area of the Country also.

I thought Sheppard's "family" car was an older model, built well before the XR1 came out. I could be wrong though, but I believe that was the case when he raced in the dome. Still a Rocket though. I'm not a fan of status quo, but you cannot deny their success and even dominance at a local level.

And I guess it's not fair of me to overlook the other manufacturer's success in the tracks I frequent. Pierce is pretty dominant, as well as a mix of Longhorn, Warrior, and Moyer (I honestly forget what they are called as of late). I can't remember the last win by a Rocket at a weekly show (non-specials), at Farmer City, Fairbury, or Peoria. I believe Jason Wagner is in a Rocket, but Rich Bell switched to Pierce, so other chassis' are very strong in my area.

A fist full of XR1s have invaded my area in the last year. All went to guys that are contenders every week. Outside of one of them cleaning up in the limited division(at one track). The XR1s arent winning at all. It seems the black diamonds are doing the all the winning in my area right now.
