CARNESVILLE, GA – Two of the three FASTRAK Pro Late Model Series Triple Crown Jewels over the Memorial Day Weekend that were postponed by rain have been rescheduled. Wythe Raceway in Rural Retreat, VA will present the second Jewel with a $3,000-to-win race on July 29, and Princeton Speedway in Princeton, WV will host the third Jewel on August 5 with a $2,000-to-win race.
The complete payout for the Wythe Raceway FASTRAK event on July 29 is as follows: 1. $3,000; 2. $1,500; 3. $900; 4. $650; 5. $600; 6. $500; 7. $450; 8. $425; 9. $400; 10. $365; 11. $340; 12. $325; 13. $300; 14. $275; 15. $275; 16. $275; 17. $275; 18. $275; 19. $275; 20. $275; 21. $275; 22. $275; 23. $275; 24. $275.

The first FASTRAK Triple Crown Jewel was held on May 26 at 311 Motor Speedway in Pine Hall. NC, and was won by Steve Blackburn of Greensboro, NC. Ross Bailes of Clover, SC is the defending FASTRAK Triple Crown Champion, and finished second to Blackburn at 311 Motor Speedway.
A separate point system is being recorded for the FASTRAK Triple Crown, and an overall FASTRAK Triple Crown Champion will be Coroneted after the Princeton Speedway race, complete with a Crown, a Robe, and a Scepter.
Both rescheduled FASTRAK Triple Crown races that are scheduled to be Rounds 8 and 9 of the 2017 FASTRAK Pro Late Model season will award FASTRAK Pro Late Model Series South East Region points and Mid-Ohio Valley Region points. Princeton Speedway will be a busy place for the FASTRAK Pro Late Models, as they will also host Round 10 on August 12.
