The countdown is over. The Silver Dollar Nationals is here

The countdown is over, Tonight is night one of the Seventh Annual Silver Dollar Nationals. The Malvern Bank Super Late Models will be racing for $5,300 to win and are expecting a large field of cars. The Nebraska 360 Sprints will be in the house racing for $2,000 to win and unsanctioned B Mods are racing for $500 to won.

But that is only half the story. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and USMTS Modified drivers will be practicing throughout the night. It should be one heck of a show and its only $18.

Then Friday, July 21 its done to just Lucas Oil and USMTS, two of the most professional classes in dirt track racing as both the Lucas Oil & USMTS run double qualifying heats and the USMTS runs a dash to set the first 12 positions in their feature.

Then on Saturday, its money day with Last Chance or B features for both classes and the Belt Bash for non qualifiers for Lucas Oil cars that pays $3,000 to win, $2,200 for second and $1,500 for third and on back, with the first three finishers having the option to give back their money and tag the back of the big show.

Again thanks to Imperial Tile, Al Belt Custom Homes, Cubby's Convenience Stores, Malvern Bank, Strobel Manufacturing, Moock Trucking and Wojo Painting for making the Silver Dollar Nationals possible and also to Mobile Tech and Kaser Blasting for helping to make the thursday night Malvern Bank race a special event.

That brings us to the two races that decides it all. The 40 lap USMTS feature starting three wide and paying $10,000 to win and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series 80 lap finale paying $53,000 to win. Yes, that's FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND TO WIN. You don't want to miss this one, its the biggest race in Nebraska Racing History. It's the third biggest payout in dirt late model racing in the country.
