I would say, "No" it can't if you plan to run on a national tour or in super late. In crates or maybe limited late against local competition you could make a go of it with some work. Depends on your class, budget and your expectations. The new cars are stupid expensive anymore, but if your somewhat chassis smart and willing to put good parts on the car, you could be competitive with it. What year Goat are we talking about?

I sent my car to get updated yesterday. So should I use the newer control arm lengths and spindles or use the black spindles stuff?
