Bert Ballspline aluminum vs steel output yoke

I heard from some guy that he would "never" run an aluminum output yoke on one of these transmissions because of breakage issues. I didn't even know that they made a steel one and have been running an aluminum one since the day I started racing super lates. Was just curious if any of you guys have had any issues with these things breaking or if it was an issue in the past that Bert has since resolved?

We broke one this year. First one for me too. This one was maybe a year old. Then everyone at the track was telling us the AL was junk.
