AR Nose

Been using the MD3 for last couple years, thinking about going AR. How are they going together, and or how do they hold up?

I used an AR a couple years ago.I don't think they are as thick as a md3 ,The lower valance on the md3 that extends 6" or so up the nose, holds up better.

We ran md3 and switched to AR for a few years because price was right. We are now back on md3 and couldnt be happier. The AR nose isnt even close to as durable as the md3.

Thanks guys, I have been using Md3 and been hard on it, sounds like I should stick to them.

they have thickened up the plastic alot,ill agree that the old ones or the first year or so of noses they would tear or rip pretty easy, the noses made today from ar are 10 times better, we have ran them all, we used to run dominator because of the plastic (it was very strong) but now that ar has stepped up, we run them with no complaints

We ran AR last year and switched back to md3 this year. They do seem to be about the same thickness now but the AR is just more brittle then the md3.
