Strange to me a local kicks ass at the shoot out not one post on here if Bloomer / Richards etc had won it would be every where just saying. HOPE EVERYONE APPRECIATED THAT ASS KICKIN LAST NITE maybe he can make it 2 in a row tonite.

Well Dixie is the type place to do that, always been tricky for outsiders with limited laps there. Stan Massey did the same thing in 95’ by winning HAT Dixie & Rome back to back and got a bonus that year and he and Team mate Mark Miner were only leaf cars in the field. Seems like he only ran a partial schedule with HAT that year. Anyway Dixie always been tricky for travelers and it helps that Dixie/Rome are last tracks in GA with weekly supers, Page home track, mucho laps, not sure how good he is at Rome though.

Page could be a contender if he was on the road. He has quality equipment

And he was in a Stinger chassis.It's always good when a local beats the series regulars and even more so when he does it in something other than a Rocket,Lonhorn,etc....
