If anyone saw the Steve Shaver and Mike Balzano throwbacks this past spring that ran at (i believe) Skyline Speedway in a special race, they were impressive! Wish the bodies were still around to run again!

I don't think so. It's normally recorded and shown on MAV during the winter. I know last year it was shown on Lucas tv, it's not on either of those schedules yet though.

You would think they would show it live, with the points being as close they are.

Looks like the only way they record it for a MavTV race is if they do it live on Lucas Oil TV. The North/South 100 has always been recorded for MavTV, but there were no cameras there this year. I'm sure the same applies for the DTWC this year.

I listen to it on C103.FM every year via the internet with race monitor open on another window. Sux they don't have live video for this event.

The new #18 shirt with current sponsors won't be available until the DTWC.

Let down by Bloomer again. He should have done the Barry Wright Phase II graphics car. Most everyone remembers that car.

The number is what was so iconic about any car he had. Not many guys ran holographic numbers back then, it was catchy and flashy. But he had throw his goofy skull and crossbones in there. :(
