About 10 years ago, when Brandon was getting started, getting all those laps @ Sheps Speedway, you knew he would develop into a good racer. But who would of thought he'd get a opportunity like this. That Rocket house car deal is a chance of a life time for any racer. Glad he met his expectations.

Sounds like they will be going for a repeat in 2018:cool:

The kid has made a big name for himself in a short time. Brandon is in no way over rated and respectfully moved to top shelf in the world of dirt late model racing. Expect many years of undeniable success from this young wheelman!! Nice work Brandon!!!

Already a WoO title and two DTWC victories. Very impressive at his age against the competition he competes with every weekend.

I find this hard to believe on only 1 car

Ya, I gotta side with SS on that one. It mite be the original tub, but I would guess it's been tweaked in both front and more so rear suspension more than anyone knows. Mark Richards and Rocket are on top because they are always looking for changes to make them faster. Longhorn see's what's going on and I guarantee you Rumley will be making adjustments to the chassis. 2018 will be interesting,, bloomer better get his thinking cap on. O'Neal was fast at the end of the year also whatever they found I hope comes into 2018 with them.

They’ve used other cars in there for races, but the main car really does have that many races on it. If you don’t abuse it and maintnence is on point, you can definitely make a car last.

Another guy who gets tons of races out of a car is Bloomquist. He’ll use cars for multiple years.

Getting people to believe that they have to have 2/3 new cars every year to compete is an effective way to get your competitors to spend their way out of the sport. I wouldn't be surprised if these big guys run the same car every race. If you think about it you would want to run the same car all the time to become familiar with the cars feel and to work on its setup.

I think Sheppard is the type of driver that could have switched engines & chassis and crew multiple times and still won a ton of races.. Great year and I just hope LM racing is around for a long time so we can watch this guy and other young driver's that are racing continue to grow

I find it hard to believe, but Brandon made every WoO A Main without taking 1 provisional all year. Wonder if that's been done before?

Chub is not going on any tour next year. As for hanging it up, I think he may run some local shows. Time will tell.
