Brandon Kinzer Flashes Speed Throughout World Finals; Boyd’s Next for #18 Team

(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) The Kinzer Motorsports team made their way to the state-of-the-art Dirt Track at Charlotte in Concord, North Carolina on November 2-4 for the 11th edition of the 'World Finals.' A stout field of 75 competitors converged on the 4/10-mile speedplant for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series spectacular, which kicked off with two rounds of qualifying on Thursday evening. Brandon Kinzer started his weekend by posting the third quickest time in Group A in the first qualifying session and the sixth fastest lap in Group A during the final session.

On Friday night at the Charlotte-area facility in the first of two $12,000 to win shootouts, Brandon ran second in his stacked heat race and later started the 50-lap headliner from the inside of the fifth row. BK raced hard during the course of the contest, stayed on the lead lap, and eventually wound up twentieth in the final finishing order. In Saturday's $12,000 to win finale, Brandon placed fourth in his heat race, second in his B-Main, and twenty-eighth in the 50-lapper.
