I have a 2012 blue front rocket with raised cross member. currently has gray drop spindles on it. Was wondering what spring rates I should start out with? Running a banked 3/8 smooth slick track. Also are the gray drop spindles the same as club 29 spindles?

Need to get with current dual stage setup, or spring rubber setup. If you wanted generic baseline 450-500 LF 300-325 RF, 125 LR 250-275RR 250-325 5th at 38" (Match Rate To Motor) 120lbs bite and match left side weight 54-55 to track and motor as well as rear percent 53.5-54.5
