Car rules are pretty much the same, as both sanctions are part of the unified rules council. There is a slight difference in race format. Lucas runs straight up from qualifying all the way through the program. WoO runs heats straight up from qualifying has a redraw for the top 8 before the feature, that they tweaked slightly this year. Heat winners draw for spots 1-4 and second place in heats draw for spots 4-8.

Most of the differences stem from technical bulletins, so they are hard to summarize or even keep track. I think one allows the Penske Air dump and one doesn't. There were differences on what air springs were allowed also.

WoO does drug testing and seams to be more pro-active on tire testing... Rules are pretty much the same like stated above.

one has rockets rules and the other has bloomquist rules lol

One has the kings/journey-man of the sport, the other has hopefuls/wannabes and upstarts. Just wish BShepp would come back to Lucas and race the best every nite. IMO

More better paying races with Lucas but the season ending pay out with the outlaws is better

Both are good sanctioning bodies. Thankfull we have both.
