DoD's dirtwire page has a write-up about winterfest moving from Winchester to duck river due to not having the necessary permits. States they've also been working on the Winchester surface. Maybe duck river will be at it's best.

Any idea what the supers tire rule is? The tire rule at Winchester was 1350's. I don't see anything about Duck River.
