Spring size

Can anybody give me a starting point for a 09 blue gray rocket with 16 updated frontend spring length size for front and rear. Example 10 on front 12 on rear.

LF - 10"
RF - 12"
5TH - 10"
LR - 14"
RR - 12"

These are standards right out of the rocket book. Obviously if you're not on standard, it might vary.
