What is the tire rule for this series? Seems like they used to run American Racers?

In Victory Lane, Bloomer is wearing Hoosiers

Is a 40 as hard as you can go? I was curious if they had tire combinations or no cut or sipe? Think Senoia is gonna is gonna get harder than Chinese arithmetic tonight. Remember the topless last year. Tires were popping like popcorn. Certain conditions require harder than a 40

1350/1600

48/56

This week. I believe they tweak it slightly from time to time.

Never messed with the 1600s. Was told it was basically a 40 but harder to stretch for stagger? Any input?

I wont be a bit surprised to see the racers in victory lane tonight. That 56 is a good tire for dry slick. We would do 15 lap runs on hoosier and 15 laps on comparable racers and the racer even though a couple points softer on the duro, would be cooler than the harder hoosier. The tire game could play a big role in who wins the 10k. Bloomer has a Hoosier deal so we know what he will be on. Wish other series would give more tire choice options.

Same rubber. 40 is a spec tire sidewall.
