DIXIE AND ROME DOUBLEHEADER WEEKEND NEXT FOR THE ULTIMATE SOUTHEAST
CARNESVILLE, GA - The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region will host a doubleheader weekend this week as the Series will make their return to two of the most iconic and historic tracks in the country. With over $35,000 up for grabs Ultimate Southeast competitors will travel to Dixie Speedway located in Woodstock, Georgia on Saturday April 21st and on Sunday April 22nd competitors will make their way to Rome Speedway located in Rome, Georgia. Both events will be 40 laps paying $4,000 to win. There will be a $1,000 bonus up for grabs for any driver who can win both events.
The weekends events will present round four and five for the Ultimate Southeast Tour. In two
completed events this season Michael Page and Jonathan Davenport have both scored victories. Kyle Hardy currently sits on top of the Ultimate Southeast 2018 standings with 57 points. Tyler Millwood (53 PTS), Ivendent Lloyd (37 PTS), Zack Mitchell (36 PTS) and Michael Page (35 PTS) complete the current top five in the standings.
Saturday April 21st race program at Dixie Speedway will include racing in the Ultimate Super Late Model Series along with a full race program for local divisions. Pit gates will open at 4:00 PM with grandstand gates opening at 5:00 PM. Drivers meeting is scheduled for 6:30 PM with racing to follow. Grandstand admission will be as follows: Adult $17, Kids 9-17 $6, Kids Under 8 Free, Adult Tailgate $25, and Kids Tailgate $11. Pit admission will be $35 for Adults and Kids 11 and Under $11.
