Indeed. When i 1st started going to races thats what our street stocks looked like. Back when you could still look at a street or hobby stock and immediately tell what kinda car it is. Wish i was around to see when these were late models bc i love the look of them. Im sure most on here are aware or have seen but on YouTube theres quite a few vids titled history of dirt from atomic or volunteer speedways (something along those lines). So cool seeing Buck Simmons,Larry Moore, Leon Archer and many others with their 70s camaros

Nothing about street stocks are street stocks. Dont make since to me the money lot guys put into a street stock. You used just go get old junker in pretty good condition put some half ass tubing job, put 350 in it if didn’t have one and go run it.
