If you race there and want to get paid you have to fill this out..

Believe it's for points & additional insurance. It's 1 time fee or should say was that way but that was early 00's

This a pretty standard thing from what I’ve seen other tracks/series post for paper work to turn in.

We had to sign this stuff in the 60's... Wissota's rule book that you agree to follow has 18 pages of legalese before you get to the car specs.
