Refused a drug test. You guys must think he is a moron. Have a several million dollar lawsuit against Eldora and WRG and go to their race not expecting to get tested. Boys believe none of what you hear, half of what you see and all of what the lord Jesus Christ speaks. Scott injured his ribs and shoulder coming out of his toter. That’s the fact jack

I don’t think a doctors note can keep him from racing. I’ve won motocross races when I was younger 6 days after breaking a bone and obviously didn’t have a dr note.

I’d say the Dr would very likely advise him not to race tonight, but there’s little to nothing he can do to stop him. Unless there’s something in Eldoras rules regarding it then that would be a whole different scenario

He starts last in heat 3.

No one needs to show you a rule. Based on the format its fuking common sense. If you miss a night, you are awarded Zero points. Therefore using basic math skills, that would be less than most of the field. Even Blake Spencer.

wfofan
06-09-2018, 12:44 PM
He'll start last in whichever heat he's put in...if he even races...

Planetzer0
06-09-2018, 12:47 PM
Pretty much common sense. If every driver has two nights worth of points compared to Bloomquist only having one nights worth of points you will start last. He will finish 7th in that heat race and 3rd or 4th in the consi to make the show. 100 laps is along time. Anything can happen

He may be one of the best ever, but also one of the most unfriendliest individuals I have met. My friend at one time several years ago, worked for Jimmy Owens. So he introduced me to Bloomquist at the Knoxville Nationals. This is when Owens had a Bloomquist Chassis, and pitted right next to him. He acted like an arrogant, self centered jerk. Owens was as nice as could be. Been an Owens fan ever since. I still like watching Bllomquist race, he makes everyone else race hard to beat him.

Been going to races since I was in diapers, 32 now, and these antics have been going on for as long as I can remember. But honestly, why not? He does it for a living and he generates a lot of news by doing so. Attention usually means money in a sport that is still being discovered by many. I think he is might years ahead of most in pr and networking. He probably runs this site to be honest

And everyone in his camp has always been approachable from what I can remember. He signed a diecast for my little brother at pennsbiri right before the feature while the car was warming up. My dad held his daughter at Atomic when she was only a few months old. We used to collect parts after races and tommy hicks always had something to give us. Been a few years since I've talked to any of them but always polite and tell me to take care

Any late model driver. Would love to have half the success he has had. It’s all business once he gets to track. He admitted last year. They was unorganized and late to races. This accident he had nothing to do with antics. Could have happened to any driver

I guess everyone has a different experience depending on the day you catch someone.....

First time I met Scott was at a hav-a-tampa race and it was my first time to race with them, I was in line at the Hoosier trailer trying to figure out what tires to run on a rubbered up track for the feature. I never ran open tires before and wasn't familiar with the harder tires then 55's, when I hear someone behind me say: "bolt on 3 28's and you'll be fine". I turn around and it's Scott, he wasn't asked and just offered some noob some advice on what tires to run.

It worked out I ran 7th, I think and even passed Scott, lol.

Scott is much more approachable these days. Twice over the past few years, I witnessed someone approach him with something to sign. And if you have seen how he operates, he's in his hauler till it's time to stage. Both times he walked out of his hauler and was ready to climb in the car and stopped to sign a T Shirt once, and a die cast the other time. I was pleasantly surprised as that's really not the time to be doing that but he took the time. That probably would not have been the case 15 years ago.

True but in the fans defense, Scott generally stays in the hauler till it's time to go. You might catch him grinding a tire but he's pretty much hands off when it comes to working on the car at the track.

Scott doesn't give a rat's a$$ about what Mark Martin and Rumley (cheat till I get caught) does. He just went out, after everyone thought he was dead in the water (because they heard he fell in his hauler last night), and drove from 15th to the lead in 40 laps and drove around "superman" like he was tied to a tree. Don't argue, I saw it live..... Just rub the crap off of your faces and get over it. The G.O.A.T. just took all of yours a$$es to school and you are choking on it.... Welp. I hope some close to you knows CPR!!!!

Had he started in the first 3 rows would he have lapped the field except maybe second?

I'll interpret this post....the GOAT was very honored to have passed such an elite field of cars tonight and enjoys the competition that Rumley/Landers team brings. What a race. I almost chocked on my nilla wafers I was so excited. Luckily I had some shine near me to swallow down that taste of "sweet" victory. Go Scott Go!!!

Bloomquist refusing or failing a drug test, if you cant imagine that... I suppose I'm not the fastest swimmer...25-30 years ago, 2.8 grams of blow. Nope, you weren’t the fastest.

OH Boy Oh Boy Scottie made the show what a surprise. Giggling Bloomie lovers. LOL Unbelievable.
With the junk in his heat, what made anyone think he wouldn't get into the feature? I just have to laugh at the altar some of you worship the guy. Living through others is not really very profitable.
Try living through you own livesWon the feature just for you douchebag. You’d think with all your Bloomer BS, you’d skip over his post, nope, right there. Telling us what a pos he is, and how he only wins from the front. As if Tony is Richard Petty. Hypocrites=vomit

Heck if the last two cautions hadn’t flown. He might’ve lapped the field. He won by 9 seconds.... 3rd to 8th was 13 to 17 seconds behind him. He was .7 to 1 second faster than everybody else in the last part of that race.

Few years ago it was the window net. This year it was the Clayton imitation, aka, "the fall."

The guy is the ultimate mind game/distraction player in the game.

What if....he parked it last night b/c he knew he had enough for everyone tonight w/out having to race on Friday??

Like the window net...what if "the fall" was a ruse, so nobody was looking for what he's actually doing to his car.

Not a fan of Scott's, have a long record of saying so on this board, but D@mn, he did it again.

Love him or hate him, we're talking about him...again.
A crotch chop for the fans and a middle finger to Tony.

We worship him because right now he is the best there ever was.Worship is too much....not any human on Earth that I worship. However, I do respect what he has accomplished (antics or not). He's the best until someone else gets in his crown jewel zip code (which is unlikely).

He does have shoulder issues he has talked about for a few years now.

Imagine how tough he'll be with his shoulders fixed... He does whatever it takes to win, its not a game or a hobby, it is life or death and he just gets it done. This is also why I prefer 100 lap races, they demand self control and discipline to master, not just wild throttle manipulation. Congrats to the man known as, "Goat".
