New rocket top dog?

Sure seems to me Bobby Pierce has become the top rocket car the last month or so. What is going on with Bshep and Richards?

There cars haven't been the same since the air shocks were outlawed , just an observation.

Yeah Richards seems to be falling off a bit. Pierce is good but s little dangerous

Richards(Rocket2) won both events at Golden Isles to start the season and haven't heard from him since. He normally though doesn't run well at Eldora. Definitely uncharacteristic for Bshepp (Rocket1) though. Interesting to see if they turn it around like some think they might on the "Western" swing.

Yeah,I just can't believe it, Bshep can drive but that car has been off. Owens is running ok but something is definitely behind on the rockets. Gonna have to hire Rumley again to update them...lol.

On the other hand when the track slicks off and its time to get up on the wheel he usually becomes the fastest car on the track, wish the track would of had another couple races on it before the a main...looking forward to the summer months ahead...

I also think the rocket has helped him be better through the middle to the bottom of the track, but I dont think its as good on the cushion as his old cars were, and that is where he wants to run...

It's the cycle.. rocket house had great run 2016-17 being number 1. They will fall off being number 1 car at times. If they not the number one team to beat next year give it another year. They hire someone come up with something new to the game.

Marlar had some bad luck last night but out everyone in a rocket, he probably doing the best week to week. Bobby and Jimmy right there with him tho.

Florida is a totally different animal, never use it for a measure of how a season will go.

I know he's 3rd in WoO points, but BShepp is 1st in WoO earnings for the season.

Also pretty sure BShepp has racked up way more on the Lucas tour in '18 than the $2025 Pierce has on the WoO tour in '18.

So...based solely on the $$$ they've earned so far, BShepp is still Rocket's top dog.

That said...kudos to Bobby for continuing to grind to figure that car out. Starting to reap the rewards.
