Bobby appealed his case and has is hearing today. The thing im confused on is the others got a 90 day suspension and his is only 30 day? After today Bobby wont be racing wrg/ump/woo for the next month which is conviently 2 days before the pdc.

Its 2 different sanctions, both drivers are Lucas tour drivers. The tire deal and pseudo-random drug testing fiasco is a WRG/WoO deal. One does not effect the other, which in my view is how it should be. What you allow and don't in your house should NOT effect what goes on in mine.

That's usually what happens when you file an appeal your allowed to compete until they hear the appeal. Not really much for bloomer to appeal.

I guess it wasn't a bad business decision to keep Bloomquist, Owens and Sheppard from running the World 100. LOL. Lets face it. The UMP and WRG catered to Bobby in this situation. They want to set a standard that they "equally" treat all the drivers the same but rarely prove that by their actions.

Bobby can appeal, and Scott cannot. You cannot really appeal not showing for 2 attempts at a drug test. If he was on narcotics for his shoulder, then why not just disclose it before your test?? Like in many sports, a refusal to submit a sample is the same as a failed test.

As far as Bloomer goes, it took a lot of guts to show for a test to maybe get help. He knew he would have been tested at every race after the Dream. You have to respect him for that. He didn't continue to try and Weasel out of it.

As far as WRG is concerned, my problem is solved. I no longer go to WOO, SN or Eldora. If it stinks like old fish, it most likely is.

So the WRG penalized Owens, Sheppard, Satterlee and Thornton and caused them to miss the World 100 because they had a personal issue with Bloomquist. Seems logical of them.
