I would really like to see both major sanctioning bodies and any regional ones that want to participate go to a cross series penalty system when it comes to drug testing and bad behavior like fighting.
If you get a 90 day suspension, you are done for 90 days, unless you want to run for 2000 at a local show somewhere.

No thank you. I'm all about remaining independent. So what happens if an official or lab tech is a little crocked and he wants to black ball somebody by screwing with test sample? Now the "testee" is out of work because of some imagined drug issue in DLM racing. I'm all for sobriety tests prior to the event, but I could care less if you smoked a joint last tuesday. This is all nonsense to try and look good for PR.

What is your source for those odds? I don't share your faith in a human run organization or your fear of some guy burning a fatty 3 days prior and racing with me. Its just another rule they can choose to enforce when they want to, on who they want to. So what do you do while your waiting on the suit to go to trial, because now you've been barred from the other series too...
