I'm pretty sure if Birky really wanted to get back in racing he would have a ride in 5 min

Pretty sure IF he wanted to do it, the opportunity is there with Rauen. I'm happy with seeing him drop in every now and then.

Wouldn't mind see him drop in from time to time but Birky is a family man and that is the way it should be!!!

He has nothing to prove to anyone. Sure is nice to see him at the track.

I think it's great he is doing what he wants. Spoke to his dad at West Liberty a couple of years ago (we talked about options he has had for coming south), Brian is doing very well and enjoying his family-proud of him for making that decision and all that he has accomplished. BirkyTime15B is right, nothing left to prove.

It’d be sweet if they would show up at Eldora in September. You gotta know he gets a gas outta racing for that globe

I wonder if he begged for permission from wife to race like a little kid wanting a toy maybe he is pu$$ywhipped racing is in his blood his wife shouldnt take that from his life you only live once and if he wants to race let him race its only 2 nights a week he has 5 other nights to be home with mommy and kids

How you guys easily forget, it has nothing to do with his wife as example when the last child was born she went in 2 weeks early to have a c section so Brian can go race the world 100. What other wife would do that if she didnt want him racing?

LM' s really weren't on my radar screen until I bought my old MB a few years ago
That said watching Birky race makes me smile and kinda sorry I missed so many years of watching him.

The people that trash his wife and trash his decision to step away clearly have no idea what it takes to race and the amount of time away from your family. No one says a word about other professional athletes walking away. No blame ever gets put on their family. Why is racing so different?
