I'm not a big fan of the truck race buy I love stories like these. Seeing the local guys get a shot at the so called big boys is cool. Wish all of them luck

Did you notice the other story about some pavement guys getting DQ's after post race inspections? There's something to be learned from that...

Good thing for Lil' John is that he is nearly guaranteed to run as good as Bloomer did there in a truck. Something to hang your hat on.

What are we to learn? Doesn't tell cheated crate motor, tires, weight, or whatever reason might be. Does show though they probably should be checking more often with that many DQ

Grundy County Speedway rules are the same as the travelling MidAm series which was supposed to race there the next night, but the tech inspector decided that Grundy rules were in fact different.
