GR better hope a series doesn’t make a call the Bailes family doesn’t agree with. Not many car owners are fans of their driver going out and hitting cars under caution to throw a temper tantrum

No, its a completely different situation. Brian Shirley just wasn't a good fit and I think a lot of people assumed there might be some left over magic in that seat after JD/Rumley moved on, but the magic left with them. Ross is a good driver and pretty sharp chassis guy in his own right and he's several states closer than Shirley was.
