No, the non qualifier races runs last. Gives people a longer period of time to leave. If everyone leaves at once, some my be stuck for almost 2 hrs. depending on where you park.

Track crews are already back on the track working on getting it ready for tonight. The track can still take quite a bit more before there would be any chance of not racing. With a large crowd already on the grounds, we are confident we will race tonight.

The one good think for Scott is he likely now has an idea about set up and track conditions for the North / South 100 since he was just on the track. A smart racer will have a set up under the car to handle the changing track and will probably be coming to towards the front fairly quickly. You can't be that stupid and win that many big races over a career like his with out being that darn good. Will be interesting to see how he does coming though the pack. Just and observation from over the years of watching him race.

Really good race. Hats off to track prep crew getting it ran in after the shower. Pearson and Weiss were class of the field but would've liked to have seen the bottom slick up quicker. The guys running the cushion were moving but the bottom and middle just had too much grip left. Buckingham was rolling in the NQ race, no contest. Great crowd too, see ya at the Big E

Wasn't a lot of moving in the mod race. Track was stil really tacky. Lucas Lee was Green's only challenger but he hopped the cushion with a couple to go and that sealed it.

That was some great racing last night. I was lucky enough to be there, my first time at Florence. The Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame is also super cool. Well worth a visit for any long time racing fans who have not yet seen it.

I can tell you were not there. It didn't rain enough to make the race track heavy. In fact, Josh watered the track again after the rain. I thought we were gonna get dumped on, it ended up not being nearly as bad as I thought.

You got look at n/s as a whole. Scott hasn’t won the n/s since 2000 I believe. He has bunch runner up, top 5s and 10s. Reason I like the n/s it’s not a race where every year same person wins it. Think boggs and Owens own two that has won it 3 times. The depth of the filled 7th or 8th is good specially the week he had there, good rebound.

Tim McCreadie who had a flat tire around the midway point of the race and had to go to the rear of the lead lap drivers which at that time was 19th position.
His charge through the field the last 10 laps to finish 2nd was AMAZING....You consider him the goat, not I. I don’t consider it impressive, but sure as hell was a nice rebound from where he was. Not as good as TMac’s, but not bad.

0 was moving before he had the flat. And I believe he was saving some for the last half of the race. Seemed to me like he could go pass whoever was in front of he when he decided to. He wasn't going to win but he would've been near if not inside top 5 by the end of the race. Dohm and McCreadie were very impressive.

Did anyone notice the last caution in which Hoffman was sent to the tail for stopping in the track, and he did not even come close to stopping? Awful for him, dude was putting on a clinic all weekend and probably would have landed a top 5. Also, really wish Earl wouldn’t have had a flat because he and Ricky were the class of the field until late, T-Mac would have made things interesting with a few more laps. Really let it hang out at the end just as he did last year. Good weekend for him, over $30k in earnings.

First trip to Florence speedway and I was very impressed. We showed up right at 3pm and had a great time walking the pit area and different vendor booths. The amount of people camping was awesome, it reminded me of Eldora or the Bristol nascar race I went to about 15 years ago. The weather had us worried for a little bit at around 6pm, but it ended up being a good amount of rain, just enough to help the track I felt. The food and drinks were honestly the price of any track I have ever been to. (Seriously, $2 beers or a 6 pack for $10.)

The racing was good, I was worried in the first b main as there wasn't much passing and even the leader had a hard time lapping cars. But the track came in nicely as the night went on. We had pit passes and watched the modified feature from the in field. That was a really cool experience. Until EPJ got his flat I thought he was going to win pretty easily, he and Weiss really had the 2 best cars with Hudson occasionally mixing it up as well. The last 10 laps were some of the most exciting racing I've seen in a while. Davenport and TMac were coming and Weiss and Hudson were really battling. Overall a really good experience with some of the nicest people in the stands. I'll definitely be back.

He stuffed it into the wall coming to the checkers. Had Owens passed for 4th but limped home in 5th. As he was pushed into the in field you could see he definitely damaged the rear end pretty good.

I can tell you were not there. It didn't rain enough to make the race track heavy. In fact, Josh watered the track again after the rain. I thought we were gonna get dumped on, it ended up not being nearly as bad as I thought.

You can definitely tell he wasn't there..as expected. Nope, cant thank ma nature for this one. As said, it hardly rained enough to settle the dust, and Josh put more water on it after the rain.

We were in Section C. Got a close up view of JD slamming the wall coming out of Turn 4 on the last lap. That was a hard hit. If it had happened on Lap 99 instead, I don’t think he would’ve finished the race.
