Just wondering if anyone has heard any rumors. We heard at Mansfield that longhorn pulled the plug on him and it was his last weekend with that ride.

That would be hard to do considering Tim McCreadie and Vic Coffey own the team.

So should we expect him to be in a full rig with 2 cars this weekend?

I’m making my first trip to the World 100, it would really suck if he didn’t end up going. Can anyone confirm this?

It appears his affiliation with Longhorn "house car" program will be over at the end of this season. Sweetners funding has been scaled back, the Myers are getting up in years...Dont think they wanted to fund the hauler, CDL driver, insurance, etc. associated with getting the operation up and down the road. Rumor is he will be headed back to Mods -- Dunno if you will see him at the World 100 let alone in a DLM in 2019. I hope things work out and he can remain with Lucas and in DLM racing... One of the best wheel men in the country.

So...let's just assume for a moment that all of this is true. House car deal is done, sponsors cutting back, etc.

If so, why would T-Mac keep banging his head against the wall in a DLM??

Why not go back to the BB mods, stay closer to home, win more races, have the crew help he needs, and likely make close to the same amount of $$.

This is where somebody like Larry Moring could hit it big.
Get T-Mac and Jimmy Owens both on board, and let 'em rotate in the car, and hit up all the big shows you want and the heck w/chasing points.

If this is true may b timmy needs to take a lil time off from dlm and run bb mods and wait til he gets that ph call from someone w good backing and then he can deside. Heck he may have something lined up for next yr in a dlm. We'll just sit back and wait. Good luck Tmac!

Not a rumor T Mac will be in the Dunn Benson ride in 2019. Bobby Pierce back in the family ride but running Rockets pretty much a done deal

So...basically it comes down to who's calling the shots and Bob wants to call all the shots for Bobby.

Curious what Bobby wants??

Is it to early to pencil him in as a front runner for the Hell Tour in 2019?

T-Mac to Bowyer. Lanigan gone.

I heard blackie dropping krooser and buying Bloomquist rig and two new Bloomquist chassis and 3 Andy motor and picking up Tmac, full ride on WoO tour next year. So Scott can kick everyone as on lucas tour and Tmac kicking everyone ass on WoO tour. This not Rumor.

T-Mac to Bowyer. Lanigan gone.

He may as well go to Bowyer, at least then he'll have a good excuse for not winning. And that's not a slam against TMac, I'd like to see him win more but he obviously doesn't have the support that's necessary for consistent wins. If he goes to Bowyer then there will be no surprises when he doesn't win. That team is a black hole for good drivers.

I'm surprised Lanigan stuck around as long as he did. Strikes me more as the type that likes to call his own shots. But I guess when you don't have to foot the bill that makes it a lot easier.

Is Lanigan basically only running Lucas for a chance to have a title in both series that not many have?
