Rumor had that it was for sale a few yrs back. Im sure they would look at offers if someone had one. Im thinking landers would purchase it if there were interest on both sides.

No clue. But happens all the time, something goes from being for sale (what isn’t?) to someone uninformed saying it’s sold.
