Has anyone actually got any response from this place recently? I've emailed Cody/Jacob, left voice mails, private messaged through social media. Not one response back and this was from November. I know im not the only one who hasnt gotten a reply back.

I got a response to my email within about an hour a few weeks ago. Maybe they’re on vacation?

Last winter one of my friends wanted to get a suite for the dome race. Using Facebook messenger, he sent a message asking what they cost.....no anwser. He waited about week sent another message....they read both and still no response. About 2 weeks after that he laid out 12k cash money on a table and asked if that would buy the suite.....read it and no response again. After that he decided to give up. All these messages were sent to Cody personally and the page the dome uses to post updates. I feel like something shouldve been said. Let the guy know when they go on sale, or tell him to get lost.

It really bugs me when somebody can’t even take the hole 10 seconds to give some kind of response. Last time I had a question I emailed Jacob and had a response within a couple hours. My guess is they really haven’t been working much the last couple weeks with the holidays

I've had the same issue with Facebook also with them reading the messages and not take the time to get back to their paying customers. It seems like it's just Cody and Jacob running everything along with his girlfriend. I know we are not the only ones as I read all the comments on Facebook people leave that are angry with them for not getting back to them also about questions or tickets. We definitely need more people like Cody to be involved in the sport but then again you need to take the time to get back to everyone. If they're too busy dealing with other stuff than they need to hire a staff that will be able to get back to people in a reasonable amount of time.

I have sent them numerous emails and have NEVER received a response. Absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service.

Surprising that someone as fan friendly as him doesn't respond to messages. I hope that changes soon, can never rest on your laurels as a promoter.

1month later, still not one response from anyone..but hey they can post updates and schedules but can't get back to their paying customers.

Their web site says they are sifting the old dirt to get the rocks out of it plus they will be adding new dirt as soon as the weather permits it.
