I thought possibly but I don't think they would make a driver announcement like that.

I’m thinking a new sponsor or purse/point fund increase. Isn’t Sears pretty much done and Craftsman name was bought and being sold at Lowe’s?

Craftsman has belonged to Stanley Black and Decker for a couple years now.

I'm guessing it's going to be something with sponsorship like the sprints announced back at the World Finals with Drydene.
The website is currently shutdown. It directs you to a WoO sprint car ticket page

I don't know if that would work. They are at Cochran and Lancaster then the next weekend is the Dream.

My guess is a WoO LM 2 day show at Nashville Fairgrounds May 24-25
If that would be true, I would go!
Or.. possibly a new Series sponsor. The Craftsman deal is over.
The news is Morton Buildings is the new title sponsor.

That is some pretty lame news in my opinion. Was hoping for a big crown jewel announcement or increased purses

I would think so. Better than not having any sponsor at all . Thanks to Morton Buildings for stepping up.

I think this will be the year Sheldon Hadenschild blows up and gets some notoriety driving the title sponsors car.
