Spoiler Angle

I’m just wondering if the angle of the spoiler make a difference I’m running open motor usra rules and if so what angle should I set the spoiler?

It surely does make a difference as to the angle..I will check out the rules package that you run under and then send you a PM if there is any wiggle room.
