Thoughts on using the bronze inner bearings on the right rear? Will it help side bite or hurt overall consistency?

Why would you not want roller bearings?

If you are asking if adding friction to your suspension is ever a plus, the answer is no if adding or changing a legit damper is an option.

Have seen a couple companies out there selling these cages and claim it will add side bite.

I know one local who went back to steel on steel since they require much less maintenance...

I know one local who went back to steel on steel since they require much less maintenance...Not sure I agree. Good bearings hold up pretty well.

as long as they are free a non issue, maintenance free if they have the grease fitting (just grease them every week) I've also heard of some with teflon liners, but adding side bite no, just a different kind of bird cage, bar placement on the rr is a factor as far as alignment, some would be surprised when loaded how much bind a bearing has compared to a brass sleeved bushing, equipment has been this way for years

bearing would be less friction, bronze would be less failure. i wouldnt be surprised scotts cars are bronze. We send our roller lifters off to get bushings instead of bearings nowdays to eliminate bearing failure
