Sorry I can't really answer that, but you sure you don't have a slight pan issue. Many times I've seen some pans need a slight modification on the corner of them by the rack shaft or very front of pan to clear different chassis or engine positions.

Top hole on the midplate? Shim the front mount... Hammer?

We had to use 1” spacer with all steel dry sump motor.
