Tanner, who is in the middle of the annual 'Winternationals' at East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, Florida, will tackle an ambitious schedule in 2019 with the Chip Stone / Randy Weaver owned #116 team including running each of the three Ray Cook tours - Spring Nationals, Southern Nationals, and Fall Nationals.
