Smoky Mountain seating?

Making our first visit there tonight. How is the seating? Plenty of seats? Plenty of room? How early do we need to be there to get a good seat? Thanks in advance.

Seating is pretty good usually. It will be packed tonight thought. I usually get there about an hour to half an hour and usually get a good seat on the top 3 to 4 rows. But as pretty as it is and knowing the crowd will be big I’m probably going to get there a little earlier today.

Normally you'd be fine 30-45 minutes before start. With this weather I'd get there a bit earlier.

Looking forward to hearing reports of how the racing is after it was reconfigured.
