Volunteer you can bring coolers into the pit side but not grandstand side. I’ve also watched from the infield with a pit pass.

Volunteer is usually real good but we got a new promoter this year so you don't ever know.

See if you can get they're early enough to get you a seat in the tier area on the backstretch.....volunteer.

Haven't been in a while but last time we did we sat around that area.

The Gap

I went to a sprint race there one time and like BBQ
said I got there 3 hours before gate opened.
We were third in line.
Might be different now but WE could not see the
cars from turn 2 to turn 3. I will never go to teir
parking again. JMO

Get there early to get a good parking spot and
you can take lawn chairs in too. Stands are all
concrete,with wood stands up above.
Not really a bad seat in the house.

Agreed with DLC... at Volunteer, you are better off watching the races from the grandstand side. About the only place you can clearly see the backstretch pitside is standing above the turn 2 wall. Volunteer can be bad fast.

Lots of good places to sit at 411. I have not been there as often over the past few years but it is a pretty good facility.

411 put out a statement "No Lawn Chairs" for the Lucas Oil Series race Friday...I guess they are expecting a pretty big crowd.

WOW !!!

Sitting on concrete is just to hard for me to try.

I have bad back problems, so I guess I'll either get up top or not go.

Thank you for the info dirtybird 73.

Thank you for the info dirtybird 73.

You can still use the "Stadium Seat" type of things for cushion and back support, just cant use anything with legs...also stated no coolers in the grandstand.
