Schaeffer’s Spring Nationals tackles Blue Ridge and Toccoa for Georgia Double-Header on April 19-20

BRASSTOWN, NC (April 16, 2019)—The Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series presented by Sunoco Race Fuels will visit Blue Ridge Motorsports Park in Blue Ridge, Ga. on Friday Night April 19th paying $4,000-to-win and Toccoa Raceway in Toccoa, Ga. on Saturday Night April 20th paying $10,000-to-win.
The Easter Weekend specials will mark the first-ever series visits to Blue Ridge and Toccoa which are located 77 miles apart. In the first five series events, there have been three different winners.
On Friday April 19th at Blue Ridge Motorsports Park, the Spring Nationals Late Models will race 40 laps for $4,000-to-win and $400-to-start. In addition, the Limited/Crate Late Models, Hobby 602, Street Stock, Front Wheel Drive and Beginner 602 classes will all be on the racing card. The pit gates will open at 3:00 pm, the drivers meeting is slated for 6:30 pm and hot laps will be around 7:00 pm. Adult general admission is $20.00 per person while adult pit passes are $35.00.
On Saturday April 20th at Toccoa Raceway, the Spring Nationals Late Models will compete for $10,000-to-win and $500-to-start in the ‘Strong Man 73” event. The 602 Sportsman, the 604 Crate Late Models, Toccoa Pro Trucks and Stock 8 classes will also be in attendance. The pit gates open at 2:00 pm, the drivers meeting will be at 5:00 pm and hot laps to follow. Adult general admission is $25.00 per person and adult pit passes are $45.00. There will be a Kids Easter Egg Hunt at 5:00 pm.
