Clayton Miller Scores Brucebilt Iron-Man Modified Series Victory at Tri-County Race Track
BRASSTOWN, NORTH CAROLINA – May 3, 2019 – The Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series would return to action on Friday evening at the Ray Cook promoted Tri-County Race Track in Brasstown, NC and Clayton Miller of Elkton, KY would find victory lane and pick up the $1,500 payday.
The victory by Miller would be his fifth career victory with the Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series and would be his first with the tour in 2019. The winning entry driven by Miller is a Brucebilt Chassis powered by a Kevin Fisher Race Engine and carries sponsorship from Lexington Landscape, Hustler Lawn Care, Wall Construction, Quick Car, Wyatt Johnson, Brucebilt Performance, and Bryant Equipment.
Miller, who is the reigning series champion for the Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series tour, would pick up the victory, with veteran Amos Bunch claiming runner-up honors in the event. The final podium position in the feature rundown would go to Jesse Rupe, with the father and son duo of Wayne James and Tyler James completing the top five finishers at the drop of the checkered flag.
The Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series was rained out on Saturday May 4th at I-75 Raceway and the event will be made up and a makeup date will be released next week.
