Conley’s Litter Top Ten of Boone Coleman Memorial Gator 50 at PRP

(WHEELERSBURG, OHIO) The Conley Motorsports, Inc. (CMI) teams were out in full force on Saturday evening, June 15 at Portsmouth Raceway Park in Portsmouth, Ohio to compete in the 8th Annual 'Boone Coleman Memorial Gator 50.' Rod Conley led the charge for the Wheelersburg, Ohio-based Super Late Model team, as he timed in fourth fastest in qualifying and ran third in the fast dash prior to bringing his #71r Rocket Chassis home in the fourth finishing position in the $5,000 to win headliner behind only victor Steve Casebolt, Jackie Boggs, and Colten Burdette.

R.J. Conley was not far behind his brother, as he ran fourth in the dash and sixth in the 50-lapper. Delmas Conley, the patriarch of the racing Conley family, placed third in his loaded heat race and later advanced three positions during the course of the 'Boone Coleman Memorial Gator 50' to garner a solid eighth place effort. Complete results from last Saturday night at PRP can be accessed online at www.portsraceway.com.

The same three Conley Motorsports, Inc. (CMI) drivers will be gunning for another $5,000 paycheck this Friday night, June 21 at Atomic Speedway in Alma, Ohio. The unsanctioned program for the Super Late Models was a late add for the Chillicothe-area oval after the rain-out on Wednesday of their annual ‘Night the Stars Come Out’ show. With the flooding at Portsmouth Raceway Park, it appears as if tomorrow’s event at Atomic Speedway will be the lone race of the weekend for Delmas, Rod, and R.J. Conley. More information can be located by clicking on www.atomicspeedway.net.

The respective #71 teams would like to thank the following companies for their support this season: Conley Trucking, Conley River Terminal, XR1 Rocket Chassis, Valvoline Oil, Poske’s Performance Parts, Shain Custom Decals, Draime Racing Engines, Impact Race Gear, Ohlins Shocks, Mason Racin’, Bazell Race Fuels, Beyea Headers, Performance Rod & Custom (PRC), UniFirst Uniforms, Sunoco Race Fuels, Allstar Performance, Delph Communications, Accu-Force Shock Dynos, Quarter Master, Out-Pace Racing Products, Design 500, Jones Racing Products, Hoosier Racing Tires, and Wiles Driveshafts.
