That can be a premier track if ran correctly at least now racers don't have to worry about all those special family and friends rules that always popped up. Lol

According to the Dirt on Dirt article- Tony Massey has leased the track from Billy Thomas and is to have a 1 month transition period starting this weekend.

i was hoping they would sell it and have no ties to it , but , if they will stay away , which i have doubts , then maybe it will work......

Eddie Massey. It's Billy's brother in law basically. Billy dates his sister Sharon. She is the exwife of Jack Pennington

Yes-my bad: It is Eddie Massey instead of Tony. Brother of Stan Massey & nephew of Leon Sells -(both hall of famers)

I predict hardly any changes, especially national 100 weekend. Still be 46 classes ran.

First thing they need to do is, put down dirt over the red clay — and that goes for every other red clay track in the Deep South (Georgia and Alabama). But they won’t do it. None of them will.

Edit — Was Senoia red clay before they brought in the gumbo? Or did they go from asphalt to gumbo? I know it’s been through multiple changes.

Terry EAMS has gumbo as well

Terry EAMS has gumbo as wellNot anymore. There may be a bit left. But now it's most really abrasive, worn out base dirt. Kills tires if it's not wide open motocross track rough.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been there, but on video it looks the same unfortunately.

Senoia was red clay before the gumbo, abrasive and on groove at the time.

I’ll kindly keep my red clay in NGA and NAL whilst reminding you 75N and/or Delta is always ready when you are.

When I first laid eyes on the track NGA, I said "dang, that is red!"....
