FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Devin Moran Comes From 19th to Finish 3rd in first night of the Silver Dollar Nationals in Greenwood Nebraska, Watch Tonight and Tomorrows Crown Jewel event LIVE on DirtonDirt.com

DUNN, NC (July 19, 2019) – The Big River Steel / GETSCO / Dunn Benson Motorsports Team with driver Devin Moran put on a show starting 19th in last night’s 50-Lap Feature event at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, NE. Devin sliced and diced his way to the front and was in position to pass Johnathan Davenport for the lead with 11 laps to go when a caution came out. Devin had to restart in 4th place following the caution and drove to a solid 3rd place and podium finish behind Davenport and Brandon Sheppard. This was the first ever trip to I-80 Speedway for Devin Moran and he quickly adapted to the multi-groove track in Nebraska.

“That was a fun race especially swapping positions lap after lap with Tyler Erb there in the middle stages of the race for 4th place at the time. I didn’t need that caution with 11 laps to go just when I was about to pull a slider on JD for the lead. Don’t know if we would have won but it would have been interesting as my car was so good there on that restart. But we will take it and hope we can improve two positions for Saturday’s big show and that $53,000 first place prize money. I have to thank Big River Steel, GETSCO, Pro Power, Rocket Chassis, Kemp Lamm and Dunn Benson Motorsports for the opportunity to drive their car this year. Thanks to all my product sponsors and fans that support our race program”, stated Devin Moran, driver of the Dunn Benson Motorsports #1 Racecar.

Devin Moran will be back in action tonight and tomorrow at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, NE with Heat races tonight and the 80-Lap Feature event paying $53,000 tomorrow night. You can watch all the action LIVE on www.DirtonDirt.com. Devin Moran is currently in 7th place in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series National Point Standings and 2nd in the “Eibach Rookie of the Year” point standings in 2019. Devin and the Team have one (1) win together in 2019 at an unsanctioned event at Legit Speedway Park in West Plains, MO back in May.
