Hearing they maybe getting bought out by the business that runs the mine next to it.. Anyone got scoop on this?

There has been tax problems that can be found with some digging, and rumors of either a forced sale or a voluntary sale to get out from under it for a while now. Mosaic owns all around there so it wouldn't surprise me that they would see value in that property
