What race weekend do you consider the best for a winter/early spring vacation to watch racing? Trying to plan a trip somewhere for a few days.

Not in the spring but the wild west shootout runs several days and lots of things to do on days off

I agree completely.

Easy Bay and Volusia come to mind. That's where I get my winter racing fix.

Well it all depends on how old you are and fiananes. If your retired, slm and sprints you hang out at Volusia and see them all. If you want variety you start at GIS and then bounce around florida for 2 weeks. The wallet will take a hit for 2+ weeks in florida that's for sure.

GIS down to East Bay, add All Tech Speedway this year and if you want to spend a chunk of change and another week in Florida, Volusia has a full slate of racing.

May I suggest the April 18 date at Hagerstown,MD and the next night at Port Royal,PA. Both Lucas Oil Late Model Series races. Good way to kick off the season.

Already have my resv. for that weekend. Hagerstown used to be my favorite travel track but Port Royal has become THE track in that area.
