Rocket Chassis Reopening Celebration on Saturday, May 2
Free Concert Streamed Live on Facebook
SHINNSTON, W.V. (04/30/20) – As a celebration of their grand reopening, Rocket Chassis will host a FREE concert by Nashville recording artist, Wyatt Turner with Donnie Barney on Saturday, May 2.
The concert will be streamed LIVE from the Rocket1 Racing shop at 7:00 p.m. ET. Tune in to the Rocket1 Racing Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Rocket1Racing.
A West Virginia native, Wyatt Turner began his career as a high-school senior in 2007, posting homemade videos on YouTube of himself singing country hits of the day. By 2008, the YouTube postings led to joining his first band and entering his first recording studio.
In 2009, his YouTube appearances led to an invitation to come to Nashville. In July 2010, he competed in American Idol’s auditions and staged his first club showcase in Music City. An ambitious musician spotted him and brought him back to Music Row to meet with producers and publishers that October. In November, Wyatt Turner had his first Nashville recording sessions, and by December 2010, he had a fist full of master recordings completed.
Turner appreciates his small town, Appalachian upbringing and the road that led him to his success. Turner’s appreciation for where he comes from is what enables the country artist to sing meaningful songs that tell the tales of true experiences.
